  • While we take every possible step to make sure that all pitch events go ahead as scheduled, in the unlikely event we're not able to confirm the attendance of the minimum number of buyers, we'll transfer your ticket to the next suitable event. Where no further comparable event is scheduled within 6 months of the original event date, we'll issue you with a refund.

    Also, although it's unlikely, sometimes a retailer may not be able to attend an event due to circumstances out with our control. In this scenario, subject to minimum buyer numbers being met, the event will go ahead as scheduled.
